DKI came to us with a clinic. We gave them a brand, an interior, a communication strategy, and four locations full of patients and staff. We handle everything from how the walls look to how the ads perform. The kind of integrated work that sounds ambitious on paper — and delivered on it.

We started where every serious brand starts -
with strategy. Positioning, audience, differentiation. Only then came the corporate identity, built to carry that strategy into every room, screen, and interaction. From there: communication strategy, interior design including wayfinding, staff uniforms, all offline and online materials, an opening event, and ongoing management of social media and outdoor campaigns.
Healthcare communication has rules. Limits. Things you simply can't say or show. We know that space well. Which is why, within those constraints, we exceeded DKI's patient recruitment targets by over 200% in the first six months.
That's not a campaign result. That's a full brand doing its job.
