Deep in Šumava, a real estate project opened that actually respects the landscape it sits in. Rare enough to be worth noticing. We built the brand and all communication around that single truth. The name we created echoes a sharp morning frost and the crack of wood in a fireplace. It doesn't try to sell you a lifestyle. It puts you in one.
